The Interior Design department from Randolph Community College spent the morning at BBFL doing research for a project. Their professors, Holly Barker and Emily Reynolds had the students engaging in books about mill work, commercial design, lighting, and youth furniture.

We are excited about the progress being made on our new elevator addition. With the expertise of Freeman Kennett Architects and Spruce Builders we should be seeing completion by mid-October 2012.

It’s so exciting to see first time visitors exploring our Rare Book Room. These students from Forsyth Tech are enjoying the wonderful drawings from a book dated 1794.
